Halloween

Today and for the past few days we have been decorating, sharing and celebrating the great candy and costume filled holiday of Halloween. The students loved it.  Mr. Cam had Halloween recess activities in the hallways.  The students got to come around during their break times to play witches hat ring toss for candy and stickers.  Ms. Angel, her P5 Ambassadors and Mr. Cam set up and played Monster Mash Freeze Dance. This was a very active game for the students as they were to dance to the music and then freeze when it stopped. But, to give it the Halloween twist, we had the students freeze in the pose of various Halloween creatures they see pop up at each stopping of the music.  Everyone really expressed well their Halloween spirit this year as they shouted “Happy Halloween” and “trick or treat” for just a little more extra candy.
