New Zealand Study Tour 2026 Day 5-7

The kids returned to school today after spending two wonderful days with their host families. Knowing it was their last day with their New Zealand schoolmates made it all the more bittersweet — saying goodbye was never going to be easy. Even their Kiwi classmates wished they could stay just a little longer.
But despite the farewell emotions, the kids made every moment count. In the morning, they dove into a hands-on STEAM session, and the excitement in the room was undeniable. After watching the demonstrations, they eagerly took on the activities themselves, discovering just how much fun learning by doing can be. Later in the day, they explored the fascinating world of New Zealand's native birds, listening attentively before putting pencil to paper to draw them in their own creative style.
It has truly been an unforgettable few days at TAKP — filled with new friendships, new knowledge, and memories the kids will carry with them long after they return home.
